Took this picture so I can look back at it that I have been going to the gym at 5 in morning for a month now and I am getting used to it. My strength has gone up and I feel like my days are better because I have a reason to wake up early and a reason to get lots of sleep. Before I started I would stay up till 12 or 1 and wake up at 7:30 in the morning. Now I sleep at 9:15 and wake up at 4:45. I feel better and healthier cause of this rountine and I hope it makes a big difference in the long run. My friend took this picture and I think it's cool.
